Event Timing:For events booked from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM, all activities must end by 12:00 AM. The venue must be fully cleared by 1:00 AM.

Weapons Prohibited:
Absolutely no weapons are allowed on the premises.

Overtime Fee:
If the venue is not fully cleared by the end of your rental period, a $150 overtime fee will apply for each additional hour or portion thereof.

Cleaning Policy:
If the venue is not returned in a clean condition by the end of the rental period, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged.-
All trash must be removed and disposed of.

Tables and chairs must be stacked before departure.

Cleanup is included with custom décor packages; however, food and beverages must still be properly disposed of by the client.

Alcohol Policy:

No BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage) is permitted.

Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender provided or approved by Reflections Event Space.

Prohibited Items & Activities:

No open flames (including candles).
-
Smoking, vaping, and hookah use are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

Payment Terms:
-
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to reserve your date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your event. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable. However, a one-time credit will be issued to reschedule your event within 12 months of the original event date.

Liability Waiver:
Reflections Event Space is not responsible for:-
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
-
Illness or injury resulting from food, alcohol, or activities during the event.
